Desert Lions Sports
Challenge
Desert Lions Sports launched as a new youth football academy into a Dubai market that already had plenty of them. Parents had to find the academy, understand the programmes, trust it with their children, and register, all before a coach ever spoke to them.

Approach
We built the site around a single action: getting a child registered. Programmes, venues and schedules are structured so a parent can answer "is this near me, is it the right age, when does it run" in a few clicks, and the policy framework a child-focused business needs sits where parents actually look for it rather than buried in a footer. Registration runs through a form that hands off to WhatsApp, because that is how families in the UAE confirm things. Search targeting was built in from the first page rather than bolted on after launch.

What shipped
A WordPress build covering programme, venue, policy and events architecture, with a registration pipeline, an events calendar the client updates without us, and motion graphics for the hero and social channels. We produced the video and graphic assets, handled on-page SEO, and have maintained the site since it went live in July 2025.
